What does the surgery involve?
This operation is usually necessary after a dramatic loss of weight. The excess skin will be removed and the thigh will be tightened. Vertical scars will be avoided. The scars will be in the groin.
What happens after surgery?
After the operation, the patient has to wear a corset and a rest period of 2-3 weeks is essential. There is not usually a lot of pain with this operation. To achieve a better result, additional liposuction may be necessary.
